Inclusion in Practice 2026 will bring together maritime professionals, industry leaders, trade unions, charities, academics, and advocates for an open conversation on inclusion, equity, and belonging across the maritime sector. This one-day workshop will offer space to exchange ideas, share experiences, challenge assumptions, and explore practical ways to build a more inclusive maritime industry. Closely aligned with BlueRights’ commitment to protecting people at sea, the event welcomes perspectives from those working at sea and ashore, across industry, government, academia, civil society, and the charitable sector.
